You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To skip an upcoming month, please cancel before your next billing date. If payment has already been processed, that month’s mail will still be sent and will be considered your final delivery. To avoid this, please contact us at contact@nailedmail.com before your billing date.
ONE-TIME PURCHASES
Orders placed as a one-time purchase cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped (email may present itself as "fulfilled"). After this confirmation has been sent, we are unable to cancel your order, or offer a refund or replacement.
