Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on your location.
When will I receive my mail?
Our mail is sent via three shipping options.
Domestic Orders: Within Australia
Standard Snail Mail [3-7 business days] - Free and untracked.
Tracked Dove Delivery [3-7 business days] - Tracked, plus additional cost.
International Orders: Outside Australia
Standard Snail Mail [3-5+ weeks] - Free and untracked. For shipping timeframes, see table below.
Tracked Dove Delivery [1-2+ weeks] - Tracked, plus additional cost.
Express Eagle Tracked Delivery [3-7 business days] - Tracked, plus additional cost.

If your country isn’t listed, you may still be able to receive our mail. Please email us at contact@nailedmail.com to check, and we’ll let you know if we can complete your order.

The Nailed Mail Club (Subscription)
When will I be charged?
You will be charged upon purchase, and then automatically on the 14th of each following month.
When do sign-ups close?
Sign-ups for each month’s Mail Drop close on the 13th of each month at 11:59PM AWST. Orders placed after the cut-off will be included in the following month’s Mail Drop.
When will my mail be shipped?
All mail is shipped within one week after sign-ups close, typically on a Monday or Tuesday.
Can I cancel/pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made before the next billing date (the 14th) to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. No refunds will be made for failure to cancel before the monthly cut-off date, but you'll still be able to receive the letter for that month.
We don’t offer the option to pause subscriptions. If you’d like to take a break, please cancel your subscription and rejoin whenever you’re ready. To stay updated, sign up for our Nailed Mail community newsletter.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can. Please ensure your shipping address is updated before the monthly cut-off date (the 14th). We may be able to make changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Unfortunately, if it has already been sent, you will need to complete a separate order for that month’s Mail Drop as a one-time purchase.
